    TO PROCESS AND FULFILL YOUR ORDER, WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, AND EXPIRATION DATE. WHEN YOU PLACE ORDERS, WE OFFER THE USE OF A SECURE SERVER THAT ENCRYPTS ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION BEFORE IT IS SENT TO US TO PREVENT UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION. WE ALSO OFFER THE OPTION OF PLACING A CREDIT CARD ORDER OVER THE PHONE.

    WE DO NOT SELL, DISTRIBUTE, OR OTHERWISE DISCLOSE ANY OF THIS INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES. WE MAY USE THIS INFORMATION TO CONTACT YOU DIRECTLY REGARDING SPECIALS AND PROMOTIONS BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE OPTION OF BEING REMOVED FROM FUTURE MAILINGS.

    We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.  Credit card charges will appear as Restyler's Group on your billing statement.

    We also accept pre-payment by check or money order. All funds will be verified before shipping. Any check/ money order that is not able to be verified will be deposited and merchandise will not be shipped until funds have cleared our account.

    All orders paid for by credit card will be shipped only to credit card billing address on file with credit card company, unless alternative shipping address is added or on file with the credit card company. Alternate addresses can be added by the card holder by calling the customer service 800 number on the back of the card.

    We require all alternate addresses to be added and verified before shipping. Please supply us your credit card customer service number in the 'Comments' section at checkout so we can verify.

    Restylers Group requires the 3 digit security numbers off back of card holders credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) at time order is placed for verification. This 4 digit number is located on the front of the card for American Express.

    All credit cards are verified before orders are shipped for customer's protection.

    We actively investigate and report any fraudulent use of credit cards with the FBI and the credit card companies, and will prosecute to the full extent of the law.

    You must provide the 3-digit CVV (Customer Verification Value) which can be found after the end of the credit card number on the signature panel on the back of the credit card.

    American Express uses a 4 digit number on the front right side of the card.

    All orders placed with Restylers Group are shipped via UPS ground (to the 48 contiguous United States) unless otherwise specified or requested at time order is placed. USPS service is also available upon request. Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, 3 Day Air and Next Day Air Saturday delivery services are available upon request (additional charges apply to all air shipments & Saturday delivery). Tracking numbers are Emailed when your order ships to ALL customers who have an EMail address on file with us. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an order is refused by customer original shipping charges & return shipping will not be refunded, product charges will be refunded less additional shipping charges to deliver product back to Restylers Group.All items are insured when shipped from Restylers Group. If an item is lost by the carrier we will make a claim for payment. When claim is paid or acknowledged by the carrier a new part(s) will be sent at no charge. If customer wishes to obtain parts lost immediately, customer will be charged for the replacement item upon approval and will be credited back upon receipt of insurance payment claim from carrier.All shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico must ship via air (additional air charges will apply).All APO & PO box addresses are shipped via USPS. Please note there are size restrictions and some large packages cannot be shipped via USPS.Some heavy/oversize parts can only be shipped via LTL truck to local LTL depot. Actual charges apply, plus handling fee. Additional charges for LTL home delivery may apply.Some large items carry an oversize charge when shipped by UPS (additional charges apply).All in-stock items are usually shipped immediately; back order items will be shipped as soon as they become available or drop shipped from the manufacturer, which may result in multiple shipments. You will only be charged for parts that ship. Actual air charges will apply (additional charge).UPS orders shipping to Canada, valued less than $200.00 CAD, will only be required to pay $10.00 CAD plus actual duty rates upon delivery.Additional shipping charges may be charged over amount shown on your order confirmation if item is oversized, shipments to be made by LTL or if item carries a flat rate shipping charge.     Your purchasing from Restylers Group is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By placing an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you have the right not to purchase from us. Nevertheless Restylers Group is obligated to your satisfaction as a client and will do everything in our power to serve you and comply with your wishes. These terms and conditions may be changed by Restylers Group at our discretion. It is your responsibility as a user to periodically review the terms and conditions for amendments.

    We have made every effort to supply our customers with content that is informative, descriptive and accurate. However, we are not responsible for errors or misinterpretations of the products contained herein. We reserve the right to make changes in part numbers, specifications and prices without notice. In the event of a product listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or error in pricing, Restylers Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for any reason considered proper by us.

    SALES TAX

    Taxes will be charged to all customers within the regional jurisdiction of the state of Kentucky, in the amount of 6.00% unless a KY Resale Certificate is presented.

To protect our interests as well as yours we always check billing & shipping information, so sometimes it might take up to 3 days to fulfill an order.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    Restylers Group ships orders to almost every country on the planet. As of this time, only money orders or certified checks in US dollars will honor immediate orders. Non-US customers will cover their country's applicable taxes & customs.

    THIRD PARTY SHIPMENT POLICY

    For your protection, every third party shipment requires that you contact your credit card company and put your shipping address as a secondary one. Restylers Group reserves the right to cancel or delay an order without notice at its own discretion for any reason including but not limited to:

    Unverified or erroneous billing information

    Third party shipment not affiliated with the cardholder's details

    Merchandise that was ordered and discontinued

    Offensive or unprofessional response from any of our clientel

    FREIGHT

    All items are offered for sale F.O.B. Almo, KY unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most cost efficient method.

    SHIPPING

    All orders of in stock items received by 2:00 PM C.D.T. Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day pending authorization of payment.

    DAMAGE CLAIMS

    All merchandise should be inspected within 24 hours of delivery and damage claims filed with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us.

    RETURNS

    All returned items must have prior approval and have the return goods authorization (RGA) number marked on the outside of the container. All return goods are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Return goods not properly packaged in original package will be refused. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned merchandise. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the credit due. There will be no return approval on special order items, sale items or discontinued items.

    WARRANTY

    All products are warranted for suitability and workmanship, but should be inspected on arrival to insure accuracy. We do not warranty any products that have been incorrectly installed, repaired, altered, or otherwise misused. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on warranty returns.

  • Warranty & Returns

    All products sold by Restylers Group are covered by the manufacturer's own terms and conditions of warranty. Some manufacturers prefer to deal directly with the customer - some require that Restylers Group acts on their behalf. If an item meets initial requirements for a warranty inspection - we will issue you instructions over the phone as to how it will be handled. Upon approval of a warranty a new same or equal item will be shipped or credited to customer.

    All warranty returns must have an RMA number. To receive an RMA number call 1-800-626-3367 and request one.

    Restylers Group will not be held responsible for products sold that are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

    Restylers Group will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during installation and will not be held responsible for any labor charges on any products that are defective, damaged, or ordered incorrectly.

    Returns - 30 Day Return Policy

    Restylers Group offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 30 day return policy from date of purchase for a refund if terms and conditions below are met. ALL Returns are processed and credited back to customer within 3-5 days of receipt at Restylers Group location. Check refunds require longer.

    All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund.

    All sales are final after 30 days.

    All shortages, defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete items MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS of delivery to be honored.

    All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.

    All returns must be insured for the full value to protect your self against shipment loss.

    Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Collect shipments will be refused. We strongly suggest you ship by UPS ground or US Mail. All parts must be returned in their original condition. If damage occurs during transit to Restylers Group, the customer must file a damage claim.

    Special/Custom ordered items and items that have been installed are non- returnable items.

    Any part which in our professional opinion shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacture’s instructions, and/or was handled improperly, including packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee on all items returned within 30 days.

    All items returned will be inspected for damage, installation and use. Any parts that have been used in an abusive manner will not be covered under any warranty or return policy and will not be refunded. This includes breakage under any circumstance. If requested, these items will be shipped back to customer at customer's expense.
